Processing Time

All Enchanted Leather items are handcrafted. Please allow [5-10 business days] for order processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout or in the product description.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We primarily ship using reputable carriers such as USPS or UPS. Shipping upgrades may be available at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped:

Enchanted Leather is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

International Shipping & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, we are happy to help where possible.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Enchanted Leather is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Insurance 

Shipping insurance may be included or offered at checkout. If selected, insured packages are eligible for replacement or refund in the event of confirmed loss or damage.
